California Dreams Hostel - Downtown

The location was great, it was quiet, clean comfortable and peaceful.

Most of the female staff were rude, didn't acknowledge your presence when you said good morning or how are you doing. They just look at you and pretend they couldn't hear you and kept walking. When I checked in Kimberly was laughing and creating conversation and was like you're Tim and I'm Kim we are going to get along great and the next morning I was in the kitchen and she came in and sat at the table. I said good morning Kim and she turned her back to me and said my name is Kimberly I don't know who told you that you could call me Kim. Her personality was 360° flip from the day before

Very good especially the person who attended me in the first day.

I really liked the staff and how accommodating they were to my needs. I requested certain things prior to visit and they delivered. When I was picking up my luggage in storage James allowed me to use the restroom. I have an incontinence problem and was desperate . It's little things like this that make a big impression on me. This was my second time with them. It was more stressful this time with hot weather and humidity. You can't really complain a lot because of the low price you are paying and them trying to provide you with best possible services

Nothing really

Staff was friendly and attentive

Bathroom and showers were not clean. Hair and gunk on the shower floor
