The outside was clean.
There was a car parked under the only awning for check-in. I understand that storms can be damaging to some vehicles, but guests should be able to get in to check in. Power was out, again not the fault of the hotel, but there were no signs anyone was at the front desk at all. Due to this uncertainty in the middle of a large storm, we went to a hotel that was operational and had guest access.

Nothing the roof was leaking and the bathroom door was broken took pictures of both they said put a trash can under the roof where it was leaking

Reasonable rate, clean and plenty of parking.
No ice machine,fridge in room didn't work, false advertising on breakfast,there wasn't any.

Owners were very nice and friendly and helpful.... motel close to the Coliseum where the event was being held that we were attending...
Bed was very firm.😢 Friday nite company truck with long trailer attached blocked parking spaces to several rooms and could not park close to our rooms...

The outside is a bit shabby but the room was spacious and impeccably clean.
The hotel does not serve breakfast (even though it advertises it does)

The location was fine and in my opinion near the higher active locations in town. I did not get the chance to try the breakfast. I forgot it was an option.
Roach in the bathroom. Cigarette burn on the "non smoker" bed sheets. Bed was rather uncomfortable and I am still sore a day later while writing this review. I ordered a non smoker king room and was provided with only 3 pillows to share between 2 adults.
