Location was hard to find. The room’s window was off its hinges so a heavy draft was coming into the room. Then, a ceiling light fixture just fell, cracking the dome to the light onto the floor at the entrance to the room

The hotel is run down. No public bathroom on main floor. Room was poor. Water pressure terrible, fan not working in bathroom. Walked into the room set at 74 degrees

I wanted to quickly leave this room, very small room, no window, terrible breakfast. The staff is not friendly, did not help us in solving problems. I will never go back there

The double charged me for the room and told me it would be returned in 4-5 business days. After check out they charged me again for something they do not even know what it was for. Again told me it would be returned in4-5 days.

Walking distance to every “must see” in lower Manhatten. 1 minute to several restaurants. Minutes from several subway stations

Front desk staff was awesome. Breakfast was good but bagels were rock hard unfortunately. Maintenance quickly brought us a portable ac unit when the ac had issues. Bathroom was very nice.

AC/Heater stopped working ( was blowing cold air ) It was really cold night when outside was 5F. I asked to change my room but got even worse one where temperature was only 63F🥶 I asked front desk to come up and help but instead they sent to me couple times person who doesn’t speak English so we actually couldn’t communicate. In the end they brought for me more blankets and little heater but all situation was annoying and I’m not happy with it.
