Everything! The location was superb, the staff was incredibly accommodating to my needs and requests from the start. Could not have asked for a better stay and experience.
To no fault of the hotel but the Overstory rooftop unfortunately was unavailable on the day of interest for a private event.

I loved the actual unit as it was so spacious! There was conveniently a bar downstairs which was nice and it was very close to some good eats!
Only problem I had was the rancid smell of dog pee when walking into the building and out. I guess the dog owners in the area just don’t care where their pets release themselves, but it’s definitely a noticeable odor in this area.

Staff were very helpful, room was huge for New York. Very clean, good value for money. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond, including turning on the dishwasher while we were out so we had clean dishes when we came home in the evening. They made a big fuss over my birthday with a cake and gift left in our room. Location was great for the financial district.
The kitchen could have been better equipped with pots and pans and the oven was quite slow to heat.

I love this place. I wish the prices didn’t just increase because it’s been so perfect to stay here.
It’s great! Just advice: be aware of hotel entrance as it’s connected to another hotel. Take the correct elevator and if you go to the basement gym list don’t take the wrong elevator back up as you’ll end up at the top floor at a fancy hotel bar.
