The bed was nice , and I liked the showers .
I didn’t like the fact , that it was noisy next door to me or upstairs . It was all night and our cards didn’t work everytime we tried to get into our room . We had to get new cards each time for 5 days straight .

The location was fine & staff friendly enough.
Was dirty & smelled bad. The carpet was disgusting. The indoor pool was closed & has been for 6 months or more. Even the American flag displayed out front was a faded mess. Really would not recommend.

I didn’t stay that night due to excessive noise and I thought I would have been refunded the money immediately.
I went up stairs and immediately came back down because I had issues with my key and couldn’t unlock the door.
The owner was extremely nice but it was a biker club set up in front of the entrance. I knew I wouldn’t be able to receive adequate rest

Absolutely disgusting. Food smeared all over the wall, bed wasn’t hardly made, bathtub disgusting, bed bugs

minutes after check in i do a quick inspection I discovered a destroyed hair dryer holes in the wall I reported to the personal in charge and still they did not return my deposit.

The staff was courteous.
The suite was dirty and the furniture was extremely worn out. There were tears and rips in the sofa cushions. There was a chunk of the cushion missing from the desk chair in room 308. It definitely wasn’t what I expected for the cost!

The price
The first room that I was giving. The bed wasn't made up. Then about 11:30 pm someone decided to make the fire alarm go off. Not what I needed after driving 10 hours from my home in Florida.

The suite was spacious. Parking and location were excellent. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The furniture was very worn and dirty. The sleeper couch still had very used sheets and blanket. The whole room smelled like cat urine. The toilet leaked a puddle. Chunks of food left under the refrigerator, things left behind the dresser, and a broken off prong was stuck in one of the sockets I went to plug my charger in to,

Room wasn’t clean, old furniture, poor poor breakfast-not at all as pictured.

The room was filthy. We had to ask the management to have someone come change our bedding as the bedding was visibly soiled, and the floors looked awful.

The first room I was given was very nasty. The couch had stains and so did the carpet. The air vent had mold around it. The furniture had water damage on it. Went down stairs and was given a second room which was covered with bed bugs.

there’s nothing I liked about the property besides that it was a place to lay my head
the room was absolutely disgusting, nothing had been cleaned properly, the sheets were cleaned which after traveling all day was the only thing we checked, it was late we were all tired, and then I couldn’t believe we stayed there after waking up ! complete nightmare !
