No breakfast accommodations. The studio was small but comfy

Beachfront property and view from balcony, nice pool and chairs, also umbrellas available.
Noise!!! Almost 24 hours a day: old AC rumbling from everywhere, lawn mowers and leaf blowers, street traffic...you name it! The 2-story building was erected in the 50s of the previous century and no inprovements regarding sound insulation were made afterwards.
Manager would not upgrade us to the 1-story buildings since there were no studios in there. Many of the glasses were left dirty in the cabinets.
When we got to the beach,we saw a lot of dead fish and then read that there has been red tide for a while. Water was stinky and dangerous to people. We wish we knew that ahead of time, so we could go somewhere else.

There was coffee pot (and filters thought I brought my own). I appreciate the kitchen with large refrigerator, microwave, toaster and blender.
It would have been nice to have paper towels in kitchen.

On the beach, located on the island, most affordable option. Always parking available. There was some hot water.
Dirty. The "gulf" view is a view of a roof with some blue in the distance. Cockroaches... Big ones, some dead, some alive hanging out in the sink. Tiny, soft bed and large soft pillows. Have to take out your own trash and turn in old towels to get new ones.. Extremely loud AC. When it kicked on it would wake us up. Basically a bad motel for a lot of money. We had number 50, it was the only upstairs room without a balcony and it was shabby and really dirty. Could not walk around without shoes.

While the property was older, it was well maintained, clean and in a fantastic location! The heated pool was great and you couldn’t ask for a better location to the Gulf, like 250 feet from the unit we rented. There were lots of great restaurants and activities nearby. It was quiet and we felt very safe throughout our stay. The staff (we interacted with Jackie and Lisa) were very friendly and made us feel welcome from check in to checkout! We will definitely be back!

The apartment was adorable and homey. It is dated but has that old fl feel that we wanted. It was impeccably clean and the view was awesome. The staff was kind and the grounds were clean as well
The view would be ten fold if the palm from unit 45 was trimmed as it had some leaves on its trunk blocking. The water in the unit didnt get very hot for a shower but honestly it was warm enough and did not bother us much. Literally just nit picking to give a well rounded review.

The size of the bathroom and my spouse did not care for the roaring of the air conditioner but I had no problem with it only that I had to turn the TV up kind of loud to hear and I was hoping not to bother any other guests. Great place to stay!

Peaceful. The beach was like Cabo San Lucas. Big beautiful waves. Stayed in an updated cottage that was beautifully decorated. A surprise gem!!! Returning next year.

Fabulous location right on the beach. Very quiet and private. Beach chairs and umbrellas free of charge. Helpful manager.
Unit 26 is in desperate need of a remodel. It is steps away from the beach and you can see the ocean from your front door - but we would not stay in that unit again due to the poor state of the bathroom and tiny kitchen. I would recommend anyone considering this property to pick a remodeled unit. By going directly on the property website you can see photos and details of each unit. That’s what we did after asking the property which unit we had booked. The booking info did not include the unit number, so we weren’t sure what photos were out unit. All units are different. Unit 27 next to us looked so much better. Sadly we booked last minute and unit 26 was the only option left.

It is on a very good beach. It is close to many attractions: Sarasota, St. Armand, Anna-Maria. It is quiet and peaceful.
A pretty good studio apartment, comfortable enough for one or two people.

partner was not keen on the bed but I slept like a baby
