The location to the amphitheater was incredible and it was a very, very nice hotel.
I thought it was overpriced plus they actually charged me for parking even though I had a room there and a bar would be nice

I stayed here Feb 14–16 and had a terrible billing experience. Despite providing two cards at check-in, my debit card was charged the full $857.27 and still has an additional $398.64 hold days later. This mistake caused overdraft transfer fees and stress. Repeated calls to the front desk went nowhere—my voicemail to the manager was ignored, and the staff member I spoke with was rude and dismissive. The room itself was fine, but the unprofessional handling of billing and lack of accountability made this stay very frustrating. Travelers beware.
