Tables were not cleaned after very customer left.

Breakfast was good

Room was not clean , bathroom was not clean and they didn't tidy up the room or did not bring clean towels for the 2nd night.

The location of the Hotel is out on the far west side of town, which is somewhat out of the way for most people traveling for work. Floors needed a good vacuuming, but working men make messes. Besides that, the property is in good shape, the room was nice, bed was extremely comfy, a/c was a little noisy but no worse than anything else most of us have dealt with.

Door card was hard to get to work. my room door was already open when i first got to it. Luckily i travel light and keep my valuable items with me at all times. Elevator made a very ominous noise, but who couldn't benefit from climbing some stairs?

The staff was very helpful in assisting me with a couple of things that came up. 🙂

I was assigned a joining room which I could hear the gentleman on the other side of the door. 😕 Thr fridge needed to be defrosted, which I ended up doing this on the 1st night. It started making a noise . It was replaced quickly the next morning by the maintenance gentleman which also assists with some housekeeping duties. I noticed some great teamwork during my stay. 🙂

We checked in late (around midnight) and reception was extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was great! We could not have asked for a better stay.

The room was in disrepair and I was awakened by the maid staff arguing very loudly outside my room!

Breakfast is OK. Room is clean.

Black out window shade does not keep lights outside at night.

The rooms are very clean and spacious. The breakfast was incredible, definitely better than most hotels. The WIFI speed was better than most hotels as well.

I liked pretty much everything.

The room was good and the hot tub was nice. the breakfast had a lot of options.

The hallways and elevator floors were stained and seemed dirty.
