Location and the rooms were clean.
Pillows were a little hard to sleep on

Close to Custer State Park and a little down the road from the shopping area so traffic was light.
Slight musty smell in room. First floor near the office people tend to chat right outside your room so ask for second floor or far from office

Very attentive and helpful staff. Great location near many destination attractions. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfasts.

I was satisfied with the staff at front desk.
The breakfast staff was excellent.
The location of the hotel was very convenient for my travels in and around the Black Hills country.
The bathroom was not very clean, there was a ring around the tub and cracked tiles on the floor.
My biggest problem is with Booking.com. My booking.com invoice confirmed that I had purchased a room with two
queen beds. The room I received contained one queen bed, and a love seat with uncomfortable pull out mattress. I spoke to the front desk staff and they pointed out the risks of booking through a third party. The only remedy they could offer was another room for an extra $180.00. From now on I will book directly with the hotel to avoid any surprises.
