Liked location and amenities available at the hotel, lounge and fitness room. Dime restaurant excellent and direct access to concert venue.

Need mirror in room with queen beds bc bathroom not large enough for 2 people to get ready. Also when an event is going on and buses are blocking valet area there should be more info on where to park or other options.

The restaurant was poor. I called twice to place an order. Both times the phone rang and rang and nobody answered. I went down to place my order. Nobody but the bartender offered me service. I placed my order and when I got up to my room, it was incomplete and had to go back to get the rest. The cooked vegetables were practically raw.

Room was clean, plenty of towels and nice set up. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was tasty, pretty good selection at the stations.

We had no glasses, robes, or tissues in the room. Only one coffee paper cup, no coffee or creamer. Breakfest: Service was super, super slow. I believe restaurant was under staffed. We had to wait 20 minutes to get in but half of the restaurant was unoccupied. Once seated, had to wait another 20 minutes for food and milk for the coffee. Coffee tasted horrible.

Manager let my uninvited ex boyfriend all the way up to my room.. Without even calling me or asking me if I was expecting someone!!! really poor management and unsecured place to stay! I could’ve gotten killed or hurt since anyone that says your full name could get your room number! Really disappointed at the fact that safety is really poor in this place! Don’t recommend it

Breakfast was terrible! You were short staffed and the food was lousy! The waitresses working had to do all the work, but were very gracious and very nice!

The distance from the parking garage to the hotel check-in. The type of breakfast that was there should have been included with the stay and $16 daily to park is a little outrageous! I paid enough for the room, it should have been included!!

No towels …dirty dishes from an other room out side our door all weekend We either had cool staff handling the lack of everything or just plain bad attitude staff.
