Great hotel with amazing hotel staff.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during a very stressful time. Our daughter was hospitalized at st Christopher's children's hospital and we had to extend our stay they were able to accommodate us. I can't stress how nice and compationate the front desk staff were. I will use this hotel for every stay we have in philly.

I was immediately greeted by a woman named Baby at the front desk. She was an absolute pleasure to meet! She is friendly and helpful. I arrived a little bit earlier than my check in time HOWEVER she had a room immediately available and there was no delay in getting checked in. I arrived at my room and there was a beautiful TV that said welcome DAWN. I loved that! The room and bathroom were immaculate and the bed was so comfortable. I got an amazing restful sleep .

The pool was amazing however it was freezing cold. I understand it is Summer however if it had been a bit heated it would have been perfect

It was a great stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Hampton inn is my go to for travel

Breakfast ended too early. We didn’t get to eat there. 7-11 would be great

All the staff were friendly and helpful. Very nice breakfast. The Room was comfortable and AC. was great. Lots of parking.

Breakfast variety was good.

Only thing was that blinds would not pull shut to keep out light. There were see through blinds that covered the window but the darkening blinds were only for show. Did not pull across window to darken room and provide complete privacy.

Exceeded expectations. Very nice place

Room was clean, amenities great, desk clerk very nice. Included breakfast was fine. Comfortable surroundings. Enjoyed our short stay

the workers are so beautiful and kind I lose my cell phone charger and one of ur front desk stuff help me out by using theirs I will stay there over and over

Superb

People in room above were playing loud music, jumping on beds and floor at 2 am and still at 4:30 am. I reported and it stopped, but started again at 8 am.

Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Asked twice if they could add an extra mattress pad or other bedding to improve bed. Answer was no. That’s it. No attempt to improve the situation
