The property was very clean. The staff was on their game and had everything ready in anticipation of our arrival. Staff had put together and posted a list of great restaurants and things to do.

Location and the staff, especially John, who was super helpful and very hardworking.
Booking.com stated '2-bedroom suite' and that's what we booked. We went there and we were told that they don't even have those rooms. We settled for a double suite.

The breakfast provided was excellent as well as the variety of choices.
The room we stayed in was so spacious and I loved our view from the fourth floor.

bed was comfortable but because I’m short, the bed was hard to climb up on.

I was on the 3rd floor, several kids were put on the floor above after several complaints they discussed moving my party instead of the party with the children. However they never moved me at all. Also the air quality was poor, I kept the ac on but we all left with sinus issues. Carpet was dirty.

It was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. Great location.
The receptionist Stephanie was by herself and she was very busy. She never let it get to her she greeted everyone that came in and made sure she would be with them as soon as she could. She even delivered things up to rooms after she got everyone checked in.

We were greeted with the sweetest lady who was personable and genuine. I didn't get her name but she was absolutely wonderful.

TV was not working properly, it was turning on and off constanly

Staff was very nice and helpful; room was clean. Breakfast was good and plentiful.
There were only 2 towels, washcloths, etc but we had 3 people. Didn’t like the height of the beds.

We were celebrating our anniversary and she upgraded us from a king room to a king suite, and wrote Happy anniversary on the card envelope. We just had a wonderful time.
Pool which was indoors is under renovation. We were told we could use a partner hotels pool., but that it's an outdoor pool.

This property was close to everything we came to Waco for. Easy access to the property and had several restaurants close to hotel.
The swimming pool was under maintenance repair so we couldn’t swim. We were told we could go to the hotel next door. However, their pool was outside and just seemed weird that was considered a solution. I would have liked to known when booking that there was a possible problem with the pool, rather than finding that out upon arrival.
