Picturesque, convenient, pleasant, good parking, nice breakfast.
It’s noisy if you have inconsiderate neighbors due to preponderance of adjoining rooms and loud floor noise from upstairs guests.

Good place to stay on the way to LBI from UK
The Bathroom was dated and there was no hot water either at 6pm on arrival or in the morning at 7.30 am - the small amount of Luke warm water came out as a trickle - this was NOT a power shower! Breakfast was a disappointment it was incredibly basic and impossible to spread butter on to toast with a plastic knife (all cutlery is plastic) the milk was kept cool propped up against a cool pack….the staff were friendly, the room was clean but would I recommend it - NO
