I was staying here for the Tri-Cities Triathlon. It was perfectly located for that purpose and was very comfortable. I was able to keep my gear organized in the good-sized room. Clean and quiet, near the park. Great price for the triathlon weekend as well. I appreciated that they had reasonable rates.

Very clean and the bed was awesome.
Still doing some work, but not really a negative. Just the only thing to complain about.

There was no breakfast, but that was alright.
The steps need to be wire brushed and painted.

The price was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Great location lots of different food options close by. Area seemed very safe and was pet friendly
Being on the bottom floor you can really hear your upstairs neighbor. Floors are wood so there isnt a sound barrier at all so that part kind of sucked
