Great service and property

It was a nice hotel. The visuals were nice. The beds are super soft.

For the price of this hotel, it was very limiting. There's no microwave in the room. The soda was a pull out bed but there was no outlets next to said bed. The shower set up is weird.

Gabriel the valet was awesome so was Jordan the valet. Wonderful check in with Sheehan too.

Location

Very cold decor in rooms, and they charge 35 dollars for parking even though we were guests at their facility.

The location to the Performing Arts Center is perfect. There’s a bridge connecting so there’s no need to go outside. There’s plenty of restaurants nearby.

Beautiful building, views and decor. Kind and welcoming staff.

Mirrors in room and window were not cleaned in a while it seemed fingerprints and dust spots from build up over time. Duvet on the bed needs replaced as it has been washed so many times it’s flat as a sheet and has clumps in the duvet squares.

Everything was satisfactory. Based on the name and website advertising I was expecting more luxury and better furnishing/decor. But it was a fine stay.

Everything felt like you were doing the minimum and cutting corners. With a name like Davenport Grand I'd expect some nicer things...better lotion/soaps, more comfortable pillows, warm fluffy blankets, slippers for going to the pool etc. Your hotel Whisky bar however, was terrible. Worse than airline food. I'd recommend firing your chef and actually spending money on decent quality food.

Amazing, luxurious

The King size beds. Location and proximity to restaurants and Riverfront Park. Quiet rooms. Liked the evening entertainment.

We specifically asked the front desk for housekeeping services on Saturday, but did not receive it. Do not like access to and from hotel to parking garage. It is complicated.

Concert was right across the street from hotel. perfect location

My adult daughter and I loved the double King spacious room! The mirrors behind each bed made the room look even larger. There was plenty of bench space for luggage, etc. The walk in shower had nice French soap products, too. We were there to attend the ballet across the street at the events center.

Front end staff poorly trained Endless noise from street racers in the streets around the facility and it appears no law enforcement or Hotel staff are interested in shutting it down

Location was extremely excellent. Right off freeway

Lovely hotel with a great location and friendly staff.

I was sent to a room that wasn't clean. When I went back to the lobby, the staff was surprised and slow to believe me. Then I was sent to another room and there were bags of garbage up and down the hallway (3-4 large black bags), stacks of used linens and room service trays outside my room. I called the front desk to tell them, and when I left my room, the bags of garbage had been collected but not the room service trays - which were still there hours later when I returned from dinner. Gross. The bed was almost slanted it was so squishy, if felt like I was going to roll off all night.

Size of room and location

No housekeeping! Had to request and even after two separate requests we received no service. The pillows are so thin. Even though we had 5 on each bed they flattened to nothing. And valet parking took forever. Our car was too tall with roof box to enter parking structure at self park so we were forced to use valet. At $35 a day plus tips, it was ridiculous.

The location was excellent. We were a block from Riverside Park and the lower and upper falls. We had a choice of eating places close by on Main Street. Our room was large, well-lit, and very comfortable. The self-parking in the adjacent garage was exceptionally convenient.

Great location in Spokane, spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again!

About the only negative I can think of is there was not a microwave or refrigerator in our room, but that may have been specific to our type of room (we didn’t need one, anyway).
