Brighton Suites Hotel

Lovely room, nice pool and comfortable bed.

The only thing that would have been nicer would have been a good view.

Location

The mattress was poor quality. Very soft and not to my liking. Others who enjoy a soft mattress would like it.

Property was amazing, great location, super clean, large room, fantastic staff!

Loved everything about the property

We weren’t offered breakfast. The living room was very spacious.

The front desk staff was so unhappy and unhelpful. We arrived at 2 pm. He told us we can’t check in until 3. Okay, no problem. We made a plan (right in front of him) to find a bathroom, change our daughter into her swimsuit and go to the beach for a couple hours and we’ll check in later. He watched us do this. After we got went back to our car and got our daughter changed, it was probably 2:20ish. We left out of the lobby doors and thanked the man. He called me two minutes later and said our room is ready. He 100% could’ve saved us that time if he had just said he’s asking the staff to clean our room early so we could check in. He was miserable and the bed was so uncomfortable. I could hear the toilets flushing from the rooms on both sides of us all night and we could hear their tvs through the walls.
