Room was quiet, clean, shower was good, TV access good. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. Location is the best! Just off the boardwalk - prefect for an early morning walk (or anytime) - yet protected from high winds.
I have stayed here many times before but not very recently. Sometime between then and now they have changed the recipe for the morning egg tart. They used to be tiny - the size of a mini cupcake and now they are large and rather hard to manage. The chocolate chip cookies however, are wonderful as always.

The staff are so friendly and make you feel welcomed, The rooms are super clean you open the door and they smell so fresh. Beds are comfy and your only steps away from the boardwalk.
