Great location for walking Freedom Trail, restaurants, theater, etc. Staff super friendly and helpful. Great recommendation and discount at Cafe Bonjour.

Location, comfortable bed, great housekeeping. Easy access to Boston Common and within walking distance to all main historic spots. Shops and restaurants are close by.
It was difficult to find a spot for breakfast that did not have long queues. Best find was Flour on Boston Common.

Clean and location
The first room we were given was horrible. The bed was terrible and the room was very small. I requested for a different room and the second night was a little bit better. The second room was a little bit more spacious and had windows that let in light. No restaurant on site which was inconvenient. Ice was not available on all floors.
