Large room, comfortable bed and great breakfast selection

For a King Size Bed it should have had more pillows the the four small ones.

They gave us an upgraded room but it wasn’t needed. who needs a pull out couch bed for 2 and a kitchenette if only staying 1 night?

They called me twice to confirm making me think the second time there was an issue. Once we checked in and left to get something to eat, we returned to absolutely zero parking spots and had to park in the front entrance driveway making us worry about the car all night, would it be towed, would someone hit us? The bed was comfortable but both my husband and I woke up the next morning aching. The price for 1 night out I. the middle of no where was crazy.

When I booked it showed we were getting the standup shower, but knew she called and said it would be upgraded I just didn’t expect the bathroom to be like that because that’s what I booked on based off the cleanesss ofc but bathroom is huge to me as well but other than that great stay thank you and manager was very nice and helpful so thank you again to her!

The staff was amazing, the building was so clean, and the breakfast was pretty decent. The beds were so comfortable and the check in was super easy.

I was pretty much happy with everything. It is a Loves owned hotel so it has a loves right there next door.

It was in walking distance of the venue my daughter was participating in.

They gave me the wrong room!! I paid for a room with two beds and the day I arrived the room they gave me only had one bed, so we had to alternate sleeping in a chair!!!! The front desk clerk was nice enough to find us a rolling bed!

The staff all around helpful and friendly customer service!

We brought a small dog with us. And although I understand that the hotel assigns the same rooms to pet owners, the room we were in had poop (or other animal excretions) ground into the carpet. If the carpet had been shampooed, it is likely the stains just didn't come out. Also, it was quite apparent that the hotel is short-staffed. I had to wait to check-in, and others did as well. The check-in area was often left without any personnel there; and no one in the area to respond to patrons. I called the front desk to request a box of tissues, as the one box in the bathroom only had four sheets in it. The person who answered the phone said it would be awhile because she had four other people who had requested items and she was taking care of them first. The food in the kitchen was great. But I wish they had supplied water bottles.
