The location was accessible to everything I needed food, shopping, etc
It’s been 11 days and I still haven’t received my deposit back, When I call no one has information as to why

Location, comfort and cleaness
Check out at 11 am. It would be at 12 md.
I renew may reservation and they call me many time because they rush me to sign the new reservation.
They hold me $100 as a deposit and I dont receive the refund yet. I sended a Email, about the issue and I still waiting..

the power was out for at least an hour. the wifi didnt work properly
