Location
Parking was too tight on first level and being a women going on the underground parking felt too dangerous.

Everything about the hotel was great. Front desk or housekeeping staff were all wonderful.
Food and beverages were a bit expensive like bag of chips can of soda and a small pack of milano cookies for $12 was a lil too much.

Breakfast was hot and good. Everything offered was available when we went down about 8:30am on a Sunday morning. Attendants were there making sure all questions were answered and supplies were there.
Parking was somewhat limited when we arrived at around 8:00pm on a Saturday night and signage was confusing or nonexistent in the parking garage. No one at front desk to check us in. We hate to go to staff only office to find someone.
We requested an accessible room but the toilet was standard size and not ADA toilet. Too short for both of us to be comfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable. They had water available all day long, breakfast was buffet style and good. Location was good for us. Staff was friendly.

Some of the housekeepers dont speak English it was hard for me to get more towels because she didn't understand me.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Michelle that works at the front desk provided me with exceptional customer service. She answered all of my questions, helped me sign up for the rewards program, and she is such a joy to be around and converse with.

It is supposed to be a non smoking hotel, but the second day the entire hall really stinks, we left the hotel to run some errands and we were stinking.

The location was fine. The beds were outstanding. Even though there were many families with young children around us, we were not bothered by any noise that they made.
Breakfast on Monday was great, but on Tuesday was disappointing in quality. I would rather pay a bit more and have a more appetizing and satisfying breakfast. Our room was next to a church service on Sunday afternoon. They were joyful and enthusiastic in their worship, as they had every right to be. I feel that our room (225) should not be rented out when meetings are being held, unless people are given that information and a choice of rooms. That being said, we left the room and when we returned the service had concluded and noise was no longer a concern.
