Very comfortable and cozy. Loved that it wasn’t a hotel and felt more like a home.
The ac was very cold at night and there was no way for us to control it from our room.

The Sono is clean. Our room was tight but very clean. Shower was large with a nice rain shower and good pressure. Easy to get Uber and Lyft here.
I liked having the breakfast included but mixing it up would help. It was the same daily. Throw some cured meat and assorted cheese in there. The rooftop area is a nice bonus but spruce it up some. It's pretty bare up there. Some plants and color will do the trick. The street that Sono is on is cute but know that one block away are the Evergreen projects. We didn't have any issues but you do see a few homeless people and sketchy individuals walking around.

Breakfast was very good. Rooms and facilities were excellent. The only issue was that the bed was extremely, but really extremely tall. What made it uncomfortable since the room is small and there's not much space to sit. So something as easy as putting on your shoes becomes a complicated task.
The bathroom was great, wide, comfortable, and very clean. And the staff was very helpful and kind.
