Very clean room. Great location.
The iron did not work

The room was big, but I thought they had indicated it was two rooms, but it was just too large bed side-by-side
Very strange layout there’s no pedestrian facing entrance. You have to walk through parking garage is on either side to enter the property. Water was not sufficiently hot for showers and as indicated the room was not two separate bedrooms, but just too big bed side-by-side.

Location location location. Had a wonderful room.
EVERYTHING to do with the PARKING situation. From lack of directional signage; the gate/check out procedures were unclear…we had to run back into the hotel to get a validation. AND we were charged $18 for all of this disorganized, illogical, disjointed garbage.

The location was within walking distance to downtown and lots of places to eat.
The keycards did not work as expected. We were supposed to be able to use them to enter and exit the parking garage and that did not work. The breakfast wasn’t the best. The tv remote was garbage. The room could have been cleaner. There were hairs found in overlooked areas. The layout of the room was odd. I didn’t care for the desk in the middle of the room. The stairwells smelled and there was no clear exit from the hotel; we used the parking garage to walk out.
