Location, right off the interstate was nice. Room was nice.
Front desk person must have been having a bad day. At check in she was unfriendly, she was there the next morning and seemed more pleasant. Honestly, if I wasn’t so tired I would have gone to a different hotel. Your front end is the first and last person your guests see.

Location was great. Front desk staff was also great and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the room was what we needed for our stop between FL and OH.
No other choice for beverage at breakfast except coffee as far as I noticed. The lobby area that had the couch also had boxes so the overall appearance was not the greatest.

Good location and really nice, helpful person at the desk when we checked in.
The bathroom door stuck and didn’t open/close smoothly. The room was okay, the public areas seemed a little worn.

The staff were nice and it smelt clean.
When we walked into our room there was a cockroach on the wall and the breakfast was not good.
