Odeur de cannabis dans le passage et un peu partout à Buffalo en fait mais dans le passage au 3 iem, la.femme de ménage était beaucoup trop de bonne humeur pour une fille qui doit faire des chambres un samedi soir 😀

Location and clean
Entrance was puzzling, workout facilities had old equipment and the room smelled musty.

It was disgusting, non personable staff, for almost $500 our room was awful! Barely room in the shower with no place to put shower necessities, lucky we got a bathroom sink compared to others in our group that didn’t, 3 hangers for 2 of us, zero comfortable feel. I didn’t mind spending as much as I did had the room looked like it did online. Very poorly run and operated. Our keys wouldn’t work to unlock our door when we got back after a very long day of being in a wedding and no one at the front desk to fix the issue. Had to wait for him to return from a shuttle run! Worst hotel I’ve ever been in.

The bed was actually quite comfortable. The location was good.
Oh where do I begin?! The staff was not friendly at all. I don't think I saw a single one of them actually smile. The elevator smelled like rotten fish or something. There were only 3 pillows for 2 people. The bathroom was tiny and there was urine around the base of the toilet. There was no iron in the room, but there was a huge ironing board on the back of the bathroom door which took up half the bathroom. My husband had to go down and ask for an iron and apparently they had to take it from another room. On the third night when we got back to our room around midnight after a very long day at a wedding, our room key would not work (neither did our friends). When we went down to get them fixed, there was nobody at the desk. They were "on a shuttle run", so we had to wait 20-25 minutes for them to return. Again, miserable! Luckily, I got a good deal on booking.com. If I had to pay as much as our friends had to pay, I would be even more disappointed with this hotel. Will not stay here again.

The bed was comfy and the water pressure was good
The hotel is having issues witht their room keys so you had to keep getting them reprogrammed. The evening lady was rude about it and said it's not my fault. All other staff was friendly except her. The hotel didnt have any breakfast options and that was disappointing for as much as their room was per night. The frig wasn't plugged in and the room didn't have a hair dryer. There was a cup on the table in the lobby my whole stay. No one picked it up to throw it out.

Wonderful and clean. Spacious room with a fridge, a clean bathroom, a microwave, and large television. A/C is easily controlled. The staff is also very kind at the entrance, and they have a shuttle bus. Despite their route being to the train station, they kindly agreed to take us to the airport.
And on top of all of this, they even have a small fitness room.
I was very satisfied with my stay here.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room and beds were very comfortable. Needed an overnight stay on a road trip, and this was perfect.
Room was missing the shower curtain. Front desk would have been happy to provide one but by then we were finished showering.
Arrived 1 in the morning but had to wait to check in as front desk clerk was on a shuttle run.

The property is in a really good location. Close to the highway, the mall and lots of restaurants. The staff is also very nice.

Room windows hadn't been cleaned forever and you couldn't open them. They left cleaning trolleys in hall way customer area 24/7. They should be put away out if site when no one is working.

The sign posted in the lobby says you can check in at 3. The email I got said 4. I got there around 5 and still had to wait about 10 minutes because my room wasn't ready yet. There was an ice storm the first night I was in Buffalo and the hotel lost power. Luckily I used my phone for my alarm, so I was able to wake up & get where I needed to be. I figured I would see if the power was restored during the day. When I came back at about 4:45pm that day, I asked about when the power would be back and was told around 5. I figured I would give it until 7 and reassess. By that point though, everything was so dark in the building- no emergency lights in the halls or anything. I really didn't feel like it was safe to do anything other than stay in my room. Nothing was done or offered as far as extra blankets, flashlights, or anything. I understand that the weather & power outage were not their fault, but they dropped the ball on customer service.

property was right in the “business district” of Cheektowaga. There were many stores and food options within walking distance same as the mall!

Dont stay here. Showed up and they sold our room that we booked months in advance. Waited 45 minutes in the lobby and missed our dinner plans and they shoved us in an out of service closet room for 2 nights with a small bed for 2 people

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Major was dope he made our stay so fun! I also loved the complimentary coffee and tea that is such a good idea. Thanks :)

Hotel was nice. Parking was plentiful and was near quite a bit of fast food and restaurants.
Finding the entrance to the parking lot was a challenge. Better signage would go a long way
