I cannot remember her name but the lady at the front desk (with braids) was super helpful and spoke every time my friends and I came in / walked throughout the building. Check in and out was super easy. The beds were nice and comfortable.
The tv system. Also, I mentioned to one of the cleaning ladies about the water in the shower not being hot.

Breakfast did not taste good. Location did not seem safe.
Housekeeping could have made the beds and cleaned the room instead of just empting the garbage.
