The room was so nice and we enjoyed how roomy it and the bathroom were. The heating and cooling system was great. The nice touches such as the bottled water and the chocolates were appreciated.
There was not a thing we didn't like. We got a great nights sleep and the manager was so helpful and knowledgeable.

The customer service was phenomenal. Michael was extremely generous and helpful. My fiancee was in a pinch and didn't have a razor before a wedding we were going to. They don't even sell them in the lobby, but he called us back a couple min later and said he doing a disposable razor for her. And he gave it to her for free too!! When we were checking out he gave us a few packs of gourmet chocolates and an entire box of a dozen Dunkin Donuts!!
Some of the stuff in the room is not great quality (mostly just the pillows/bedding). But it's a 2-star hotel so that was to be expected. It may be a 2 star hotel, but the service and accommodation is easily 5 stars!!

Location was perfect. Walkable to horse show and quick to Emerald Lake. Not far from Manchester restaurants etc. Cute updated rooms with fridge and good AC. Having covered deck seating outside the room was great too.
In room coffee was not so good. Lobby coffee was great- Easier access to good coffee before the lobby opens would make this place perfect in my eyes
