The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the location and where we were going was good.
I had booked a double queen bed and when I arrived I was told they were overbooked so they upgraded me however there was three of us because my mother-in-law came and she had to sleep on a sofa bed. And the price was higher for that room they upgraded me but made me pay full price for the other room.

Location was decent. The staff was great. No pets is also a plus.
The pool was dirty and unusable.

For the age of the property, it was fairly clean and presentable
The property is in the middle of a neighborhood and there was lots of neighborhood noise and traffic
The check-in clerk was not very friendly, but, the check out clerk on the next day was extremely nice and friendly
