Well what was supposed to be a relaxing Christmas Present to myself turned out to be an emergency weekend down the road from the hotel at where I work. Discovery Village at Alliance Town Center which is an independent/assisted living center. There pipes broke because of the freezing weather and I was thrust into working from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. as part of the fire watch due to the leaking and sprinkler system being down. Normally I work days from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. as the bus driver. Mary was awesome and a diamond discovery for Marriott. She is definitely a keeper and is the reason for my 5+ star stay.

Good location. Staff was helpful, quick check in.

The shower was a bit odd with no back glass/door.

The bed was way too soft... had to sleep on the sofa just to get through the night... no one came to clean my room in spite of speaking with someone with Housekeeping who acknowledged my request to do so... and breakfast was not cooked to my order... and there was so little food on my plate it was ridiculous... not to mention the fact the coffee bar was closed 99% of the time during my stay... as a direct result I cannot recommend to my colleagues to stay at this hotel

Pool view was nice

Trash never emptied. Room smelled like old AC. No later check out, property not busy

The lay out of the hotel, patio area and swimming pool are amazing. Feels very relaxing almost like your in your own backyard

I'm thinking really hard, but honestly even if I was trying to be negative I wouldn't have been able to. How can you describe what you didn't like if you are super satisfied?

Air Conditioner was too loud and noisy. Sofa was very uncomfortable. Access to TV channels very limited.
