I liked that I would call and someone answered the phone

They don’t clean the room on Easter sunday(understandable) next day I had no clean towels or toilet paper and the toilet wouldn’t flush

The website said you had buffet breakfast and you didn’t even have any eggs or any kind of meat, the breakfast was the main reason we chose this place. It also says you have a restaurant and you do not. Overall not happy and will not stay again. We go to carowinds every couple of weeks and we will have to find a different motel

Pool was down, limited hot breakfast, no security curtains in room, just see-through. Bathroom was very small. Shower had cracks and holes in it. Room was small for a double queen

It was perfectly located for Carowinds and there is a Cracker Barrel basically in the parking lot.

The man checking us in was exceptionally rude and horrible. The room wasn't cleaned properly, my daughter brought me 2 pills she found on the floor. The barn door closing off the bathroom was difficult to close. The pool was shut. The breakfast was not good at all. I won't be back. The front desk clerk really put us off.

the location was directly across the street from Carowinds which was the purpose of our trip. The guy that checked us in was super helpful, friendly and courteous.

The location was perfect. It's directly across from the Carowinds entrance.

I could tell that it has recently been renovated. It looks like it was hastily and shoddily done. All of the electrical outlets are crooked, the paint job is a little sloppy and the shower door wasn't installed properly.
