The hotel building was exquisite. Loved the history of it being the old post office.
Nothing except we had to wait over 2 hours for our room to be ready once we had arrived

Exceptionally professional and warm staff. Location and property are arguably the best in DC.

Rate was high. Food was very expensive

Location was very good.
All food and drink coming from room service has a distinctive odour you get when washing all plates and cutlery together. This odour comes from eggs. Its very distinctive and unpleasant. Plates and cutlery that have been exposed to eggs, should be washed separately than all other plates and cutlery.
