Spacious room with sofa for extra seating.

No elevator and I forgot to request ground floor at booking.

The breakfast was excellent. Very nice variety.

Can't think of anything that we didn't like.

Poor choice for evening meals.

This was a relatively good value hotel. We chose it because it was not too far of a drive from Crater Lake (1.5 hrs). The lobby was a throwback and had a classic chess table. The staff was pleasant and breakfast was decent.

The room needs updating. The beds were comfortable but the TV was old and the room smelled musty. The bathrooms were really old, no counters and the shower smelled like urine. Gross. We would not go back.

Lacking, the location.

Breakfast was served until 9 am…they quit cooking sometime before 8:30…so most items were gone for the rush of people who arrived in the last 45 minutes. Yogurt was frozen. No usb chargers for phones and tablets. No place to put your things where the bathroom sink was. Bathroom sink was a pedestal. When I got there I had a guaranteed reservation for a king suite through booking.com. It was not available. The registration desk person was rude. We were sent down to the wrong building for our room. One other negative encounter during our stay. We were there for a wedding and had hoped to use the suite to meet with out of town guests and for wedding party prep. The last time I used booking dot com, I booked a handicapped wheel chair room for my mother and I. I drove about 5 hours to pick up my 84 year old mother and another 2 hours to the hotel. The wheel chair accessible room was no more than a normal room with a set in the tub Walker device. it was too wide for the tub did not sit flat,was not stable. Mom need a walk/roll in shower, the step over tub side was not Ann option for her…and the toilet did not work, maintenance had to come fix it. I was out several hundred dollars because we could not use the room. The front desk and booking. Both blamed each other. I made several phone calls to you in trying to resolve the issue. The hotel would not refund because “they did nothing wrong.’ I will never use your services again. It is obvious that there is no relation to what a hotel has to offer and what you will say us available in order to get the booking.

clean, big rooms, great staff, good breakfast

it is centrally located, easy to find

- Nice folks at the front desk. - The location was in a central area off SR-97, so it was easy to find amenities off-site, and was close to a number of sno-parks and Willamette Pass ski area (<1 hour away). - The room was clean and spacious. - The side of the building I was on (the south side in the middle) was quiet; I didn't hear any traffic on the highway.

The only thing that could have possibly been better was the key card on the outside doors: one of the doors wouldn't open with my keycard and the other one required timing the open just right. A super minor annoyance, so not a huge deal.
