The breakfast was really good with waffles, eggs, sausage and more! Fruit, yogurt, etc. We're all well stocked. The staff was personable and answered all my questions about the area. The handicap room was very nice and easily accessible.
Parking was a bit iffy, but we were able to eventually able to get to the closest entry.

Good location in Bend, for excursion to the Crater Lake National Park.
The room was comfortable, but there was a dent in the middle of the bed.
Unfortunately, the room was extremely cold when we arrived.
The bathroom was fine, with a variety of toiletries.
Breakfast was the usual American breakfast: artificially prepared scrambled eggs, sausage, jam, and pastries, all served with plastic utensils.

Location was good. Staff at the front desk was great!
Wasn’t clean - lots of dirt / hair on the carpet and bathroom. Desk chair and desk were sticky. The property is worn out. Hallway / staircase carpet was very dirty as an example. Could hear every activity in the rooms above and next to the room. Bed was way too soft.
Breakfast was the usual offering but the eggs were not dehydrated properly, the sausage undercooked and the waffle maker didn’t heat up enough.
