Very clean
Nothing

The location was convenient and close to many restaurants and shopping. The hotel also has rooms big enough for my family of five and two dogs which can be difficult to find. The hotel and rooms are clean, offer complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate as well as a good breakfast as part of your stay.
I did not like the pillows. They were very soft and not comfortable. I also did not like staying on the third floor with my two dogs. Next time I will request a bottom floor. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Location was great for why we were there, breakfast was so so.
You had to pay to park on their parking lot… that should be included with how much the room was. Also I paid for a king suite and the gave me a completely different type of room, one with 2 beds. I asked them about it and they said that’s what I get, tried to argue with them because I wanted the bigger bed but they said they over booked.
