Room was comfortable. Nice selection of pillows. Beds were good and room was clean. Used the work out room and we ate breakfast. The food selection was good.

Can't say this happens often, but after loading the car up I went to get my coffee cup that I had left on the counter, but the inside front doors would not open and no one was at the desk. Not sure if that was a security thing, or the doors just malfunctioned. I waited for a few minutes for someone to come out, but decided to leave before anyone showed up.

It was more updated compared to other Holiday Inn Express hotels by IHG

They should offer more makeup removing wipes

It was very clean and the staff was amazing.

I didn't like that I wasn't able to close the curtains and it was very bright at night. Hard for me to sleep when it's bright.

The breakfast is always good when I've stay here. The beds are always comfortable and the rooms are always clean.

It's always very warm in the hotel. I sweat profusely while eating breakfast every time i go there. Also, I've stayed in room # 317 before but, this time the inside shower liner was replaced with what looked like part of an old bed sheet. I wasn't even long enough to keep water in the shower. Therefor lots of water gets in the floor. Secondly, The air filters are always dirty and stopped up.
