The staff was so friendly.
There was a light above the closet in our room that would not turn off--even the night clerk checked. There was no way to turn it off. We spent the night with the light on impeding our sleep.

It was nicely updated. Rooms are large.
Hot water didn’t work. No soap in the room

It was okay.
When I went to check in I was informed there would be a $300 deposit held because I had a local address. I left and went to a locally owned, much nicer hotel who welcomed me without ridiculous deposits.

Location
I booked a suite and was put in a dirty suite. Towels on the floor bed not made.
Moved to a smaller room that was still not clean so I had to be moved again.

Location was everything. The rooms were so big the beds comfortable staffing were so friendly and helpful.

I liked the variety and quality of the breakfast, with good protein and healthy options. The room was comfortable and roomy, with well-placed electrical outlets.
Our room wasn’t serviced, and we had to request toilet paper.

staff was really nice. the place was very clean, bed was comfortable.
we had no hot water, had to go to bed dirty and shower in the morning. The shower heads need to be updated because the holes are starting to plug up. Above all though, FIX THE HOT WATER ISSUE
