Elegant double single use too room in Florence in central shared flat
The room is near Piazza Santo Spirito, Trattoria Quattro Leoni, Palazzo Pitti, Ponte Vecchio. You'll like this accomodation for these reasons: elegance (historical building), privacy and location. Il mio alloggio è adatto a avventurieri solitari ed a chi viaggia per lavoro. ATTENTION: NO SMOKERS!! NO BREAKFAST INCLUDED!! NO CHANGING OF LINEN/SHEETS/TOWELS OR CLEANING SERVICE DURING THE STAY!!!

This was a great place to stay! The host was super welcoming and accommodating, and was graciously able to let us check in a couple hours early when we had asked only the day before. The room was very comfortable and clean; the entire flat is beautiful and historic. The location is great, with lots of good restaurants and stores nearby; very easily walkable to major Florence sights.

Very beautiful apartment. Very clean and host was very accessible. Excellent place to stay very close to main attractions of Florence. You could not ask for more.

The Room was Fantastic, centrally located close to everything within 20 mins walk. About 12 mins walk from Train Station. Just minutes to famous bridges to enjoy Sunsets.There is an elevator or 99 stairs to the room. Plenty of room to unpack & feel comfortable. Filled with good art & selection of novels. Good for a short or long stay. Takes a while to get hot water in the Super Clean bathroom, plenty of room for toiletries. Great if you want a historic Italian feel for your stay in Florence.

This is an absolutely beautiful room with an excellent location. Giampaolo is a very responsive and welcoming host. I cannot recommend this property enough. The only very minor issue I had with the property was that the shower in the bathroom could use a cleaning. But everything else was lovely and I am very pleased overall.
