We had to get a late check in, and the woman who runs this place was super nice about it. It’s a very small place but the rooms are huge. We were able to walk to the beach, which was great! After we checked out we wanted to go to the beach and were worried about where to find parking and she was nice enough to let us stay parked there as long as we were out before the next check in time. She really was great, and the place was surprisingly inexpensive for how big it was and how close to the beach.
This didn’t bother us but I know some people like to know this in reviews. The building did seem to be a little older. But again, this is a very inexpensive place. We had a full bedroom, a bathroom, and another large room with a couch and another bed and a kitchenette. Great value

I thought it was great to cook in the room. I brought my electric pan so I was able to cook breakfast lunch and dinner. The refrigerator was new so I was able to keep my food cold. I due have one complaint, no chairs or a table to eat. I have an idea, remove the bed in the kitchen and place a 4 chair table with an overhead light. It would make it like a condo setting.
As I said, the room needs chairs and a table to eat

I really loved the location. Being able to walk to the beach was a plus. It was quiet. It was clean.
I only have one complaint which is there was a space/crack by the bottom of the door that led to me killing several spiders that crawled in during my stay. Thankfully it was only spiders.
