The convenience of the location.
The bathroom was nasty. Hair was in the tub and on and around the toilet. I could tell that it wasn’t cleaned prior to my stay. I informed the staff member and asked if she could get me some disinfectant cleaner and I would clean it myself because I know that I would’ve cleaned it to my liking better than any of them would’ve. The staff member at the front desk told me that she would come and inspect the room and find some sanitizer. I don’t know if she inspected the room because when I came back there bathroom was still nasty and she left all purpose cleaner. That doesn’t sanitize nor disinfect. She told me that she would have housekeeping to come to the room first thing in the morning. They never came until I called at around 11:30. She also said that she would speak with the manager about getting a discount for the room since we cleaned the bathroom ourselves. That never happened either. Once we were finally able to clean the bathroom, the stay was fine. I just don’t like the fact that I paid 350 for a room that wasn’t clean and to top it off, the front desk clerk lied a few times.

The receptionist was amazing, especially after my awful experience with LaQuinta right beside this hotel. Rooms were nice and spacious. It was quiet, and the breakfast cinnamon rolls were delicious!

It was a beautiful property. I just did not get to enjoy the pool because I wanted to sleep.

Breakfast was good. The orange juice was to watered down. Area around the hotel was nice. The staff was nice.
One thing I didn't like was the bathroom wasn't clean enough. I saw other peoples hair. Everything else in the room was clean bed and sheets were clean.

the room was clean, the beds comfortable and the hotel staff was very friendly, Without the problems with paying, the rating would be better, around 8.5.
The payment via booking.com was not accepted by the hotel, so I had to pay a second time for the same room. The reversal of the twice-paid contribution via booking.com is a disaster. you run after your money and to this day, around two weeks after your stay, you still have no clarification. I would advise against booking this hotel through booking.com

The breakfast was good. Staff was good good. Size room good. Parking was good.
Our room was totally cleaned once. Partially cleaned once. This amount of cleaning only happened because of our multiple requests. On day 3 there was a strong sewer odor that lasted into day 4. We where not able to make cell phone calls inside of our room.

It took forever to check in bc the receptionist messed up running my card. And then I was given a dirty room and walked into a room with the TV on and an unmade bed.

I had no idea that there were so many eateries within walking distance of the hotel. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. Every single morning there was a hot continental breakfast waiting for us to enjoy before going to class.
The staff was welcoming and on the job constantly. I simply can't wait to return. We stayed in a suite and it was beyond comfortable. If I'd of takin my sister who was in a wheelchair, she would've loved it because without requesting an accessible room, there are support bars in the bathroom in the shower, and the doors are wide enough to accommodate wide wheelchairs.
