The mattresses were lumpy and hard.

Convenience and ease of getting to my room.
TV channels. It was all old school, Direct TV was used with shows from the 80's. Nothing current or watchable once you got back from your Saturday night venue and wanted to watch a good show! Made them look outdated and didn’t care about customers.
Really was a burden and unnecessary.

Main thing was location, close to the arena where we were attending an event. Breakfast was good.
It seemed they had welcome bags behind the lobby desk (with water & ?) We later saw someone else with 1. We didn't get one, but didn't ask either. Just a couple weeks before we were at the Hampton Inn, in Portland & they gave out bottles of water, which made me wonder about it. Not really a big deal, but thought I'd mention it.
