bedroom light a little too bright

Not much. Paid for a suite 900 Sq feet, got a 400 sq ft room. No one wants to give me any kind of refund. Had friends that were supposed to visit, had to tell them not to come.

Not on the lake, can't even see the lake. Total bull.

Good location. Friendly staff

No separate bathroom sink.. the kitchen sink served as both… Inconvenient and gross….

Nice room, clean, modern

Body wash was completely empty. The guests in the room next to ours were using our picnic table outside our room and using the grill. Guest should be told to only use the picnic table outside their rooms and each room has one. IT WAS RUDE.

location and price was great

we had no hot water. it was bearly warm. the owner came late Friday night clearly bothered and said it couldn’t be fixed and it wasn’t freezing. finally said he supposed he could move us just told him we were there only two nights we would manage. then after he left I reviewed my reservation and discovered I booked a Junior suite and was just given a queen room. I decided to just leave it alone after having to deal with the owner once

Great location near Stearns Park. I was worried about getting a “pet friendly room” for the first time but there was no evidence pets had stayed in there before, it was perfectly clean. There is a great yard area with doggie clean up station that was perfect for our dog, and I didn’t find random piles of poo anywhere on the property. Furthermore, the room was fairly updated/modern. Our room had vaulted ceilings.

Everyone's so nice we both have knee surgery . Asked for lower level they were so nice and accommodate us. Even asked if we wanted or needed anything. Gave us information for the area had a great stay. We have stayed 2 time there and loves every time. ❤️

Excellent value! The price and ease of check in was great.

The heat worked, but was weak.

Very quiet, clean, and comfy beds. Housekeeping kept the place clean and made up. Had fridge, microwave and coffee pot. Easy parking.

Only thing I could even suggest is a power strip. With families not enough outlets but we basically just used to sleep. Too much to do all day

They upgraded our room to a suite which was very nice of them. That worked out perfect.

The mattress and the pillows could have been better.

Noisy neighbors, little kids were loud, seemed like lots of extra rooms to book us next to noisy family.

Right on Lake Michigan, room was clean and good sized

Our rooms heat was not turned on before we arrived and we had to figure put how the thermostat worked. It's only 50 degrees in the room. It took a couple hours to get the room heated up to 70.

Incredibly clean with an incredibly kind staff. Right in front of the beach too! Surprisingly cheap and incredibly nice for the price. Will definitely be coming again.
