Staff was very good, friendly.

My elderly mother stayed with you. I had to go to Walmart & buy a step stool because your beds are so high that she can't get into them. That is the only drawback.

I liked the little grocery area there were plenty of options that were fairly priced and the hot fresh coffee with was free was nice very good flavor and I’m an avid coffee drinker, the free newspapers were nice also the staff was very kind.

The stove works only if you turn the switch(timer) only my switch In my room was broken it did not turn so it did not work and that was a major inconvenience, after we had bought food on site to cook we were irritated and it was a late hour so we did not bother mentioning it to anyone. There was a construction worker who was staying on the property and he said an inappropriate comment to my young pre teen daughter of a sexual nature and that made us scared to leave the room on our second day. This hotel had a lot of traveling workers staying here. The first night was nice and quiet but the second day was a horror.

Amazing staff. Full size fridge and dishwasher. Perfectly sized hotel. Cozy beds. Plenty of space.

Caulking on bathroom floor ready to be redone. Shampoo/conditioner dispenser was loose. Tiny things.

Everything was very nice. The beds and pillows were amazing! The staff was very personable and helpful.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, good location, reasonable rates. Comfortable recommending and staying there on next visit to Omaha.
