The staff was professional and very friendly.the breakfast was good.

The staff at the check in desk were very kind and helpful. The hotel felt very updated, clean and safe. Our room was very well-sized and comfortable. I really enjoyed our stay! The breakfast was also very good!

Being lied to by the booking agent about an hot tub being in the room before I comformied the stay, and then getting there an had to cancel my stay cause the didn'tmet the requirementsi was told it would. Due to hotel BOOKIRULES I lost an night thanks to the booking agent. 😤

Clean Friendly Staff

Free continental breakfast was poor didn’t replenish things for later guest by time we got to breakfast wasn’t nothing left. And compared to other Marriott hotels the breakfast didn’t compare.

The staff at the front desk were not friendly at all. check-in was a nightmare as he kept telling me I didn’t have a reservation even after showing him my confirmation. He finally found it but it wasn’t welcoming at all. Breakfast was subpar. Bagels and bread were stale and hard as a rock and waffle machine was broken. The hot tub was fine the first night but they must have added so much chlorine in the morning. it was hard to breathe and everyone complained their eyes were burning just from sitting outside of it. We booked your hotel because of these features but ended up leaving earlier because they were not good.

Very clean and well designed room.

Breakfast was subpar at best. All of the bread options were rock hard as if they we’re sitting there for multiple days. Also ran out of waffle mix a hour and a half before breakfast was scheduled to end.

Check in was a complete mess even though I gave the clerk our confirmation number, she told us that wasn’t the confirmation number even though it literally said confirmation number. Very rude clerk told me repeatedly that we didn’t have a booking there. After showing her the confirmation email she still only gave us one of the two rooms that were booked and we had to repeat the whole ordeal. 24 hours after we left the property, I woke up with another $174.11 charge for an extra day they we’re trying charge to my account. Keep in mind that we checked out a hour early. I’m still waiting for the $180.00 refund for an incidentals charge for the two nights we were there, which we never used.

Kind staff and clean facilities

It looks like the manager put an unauthorized charge on my card. I noticed this on my card after I checked out and called the Hotel manager this evening and lvmm. I am expecting a call from the manager an immediate reverse of this charge Monday morning December 5th 2022. The first rm we had was small and the tv did not work. We did get a free upgrade to a larger rm , even though it was handicap ♿️ , at least the tv worked.
