L'appartamento è situato nel cuore storico di Venezia, a 2 passi dal Ponte di Rialto e a 10 minuti da Piazza San Marco, in posizione ideale per visitare la città e godere dell'atmosfera che offre. Camminando tra le calli intorno al palazzo, raggiungerete in pochi minuti il Ponte di Rialto, il famoso mercato di Venezia, Piazza San Marco nonché numerose pasticcerie, bar e ristoranti tipici. A 2 minuti si trovano anche le fermate dei Vaporetti da cui potrete facilmente raggiungere la stazione ferroviaria di Venezia Santa Lucia, l’aeroporto Marco Polo VCE oppure le Isole della Laguna (Murano, Burano e Torcello). L'appartamento è situato al 3 piano di un palazzo tipico veneziano. Abbiamo arredato la casa con piccole comodità per rendere il vostro soggiorno il più piacevole possibile e con alcuni dettagli per farvi respirare l'atmosfera tipica di questa bellissima città. Ospita comodamente 4 persone e dispone di una camera matrimoniale (con vista sui tetti di Venezia), un salotto con divano letto matrimoniale (che potete utilizzare anche come seconda camera separata da una porta) una cucina con tutto il necessario, una sala da pranzo e un bagno.
Inoltre sono presenti: connessione wi-fi gratuita, TV, aria condizionata e riscaldamento autonomi, culla/lettino per bambini gratuito su richiesta.

The location was great and the price was good, but it is much smaller than you think.
We liked it had a clothes washing machine (very useful in the summer in Venice), and its location was absolutely awesome. The AC worked (though it took a long time to cool down since it only blew into the center/foyer and none of the bedroom).
It was, however, very small. The pictures/photographer deserves quite the complements for making the property look much larger than it is. Kitchen was serviceable, but there was not enough cabinet space for the dishes there (they're in the dining room cabinet). No dishwasher.
The bathroom was absolutely tiny. I'm a slightly shorter than average man and not terribly broad, but the shower was positively claustrophobic. Getting to the toilet was a tight squeeze as well--literally maybe a foot to 18" between the shower wall and the towel rack/radiator that you had to pass through to get to the toilet. If you're a bigger person, you would not be happy with the restroom/shower situation, at all.
It's also three flights up a narrow staircase, which wasn't a problem for us, but if you're larger or elderly, it might be a problem.
I'd stay there again, though. The location and quality/price were good.

Great property to stay in Rome! Great location and within walking distance of many attractions. It was a perfect size for my daughter and myself. Olivia even let us check in early and had no issues with communication. Several restaurants nearby and a grocery store. Street was quiet and the air conditioning worked great, which was a must with 98 degree temperatures!

Gilberto was outstanding in his responsiveness to our questions prior to our arrival. The checking process was flawless and the apartment was very clean, comfortable and conveniently located to everything we wanted to explore.

Located on a very busy street so it can be difficult with suitcases. There was no mattress. There was a box spring and a foam matt. So it was extremely uncomfortable. The uncomfortable bed really ruined it for us. Otherwise the apartment would have been nice.
