We paid for a suite with 2 queens an sofa sleeper because there were 6 of us we got a 2 bed queen an they brought us two rollaways. They need more then one person there at night

I reserve a handicap room and didn't get so I wasn't able to shower. The bed was not comfortable at all.

room was not cleaned during our stay even though we asked several days in a row. snack station was lacking. overwhelming smell of chlorine from the pool on main floor.

The location is close to some places to eat.
there is only 1 TV, and it was on the side of the room with the bed. I would prefer to sit on the couch to watch TV instead of laying in the bed.

Loud music from rear patio until well after 10:15 pm despite calling front desk at 10:00 to complain and her stating what music.

was kind of unhappy the ac only went to 68. and all ice machines were broken on ever floor.

Everything about the hotel was great!! The staff, the rooms and the food. It was quiet.
The TV didn't have a signal.

Breakfast was good..room was nice
We wanted extra sheets & towels..was told couldnt have sheets but could have towels more than once & never got the towels..booked there partly for the pool & hut tub & there were annoying teenagers being supervised by another young person who was letting them do whatever they wanted making it hard to enjoy our time

After the first night staying there the next morning I had bad allergic reaction not sure if it was linings or feather down pillow but my eyes were red puffy and swollen. I asked if they can change linings at 6am we left and came back at 1pm to the hotel the linings were not change till noon, but lady who changed the linings was super nice

Three different rooms the first night. The first room had no cold water in the spa tub...the second room had 8 bugs crawl out of the light inside the spa tub the third room was OK. This hotel is over priced......dont waste your time!!!!

It was very clean, new and beautiful. Comfortable bed, good breakfast. I actually loved the place, one of the nicest I've ever seen. Everything was quality.
Bathroom was extremely cold (we were told a necessary ventilation vent was the problem). Our understanding is that this is the case in all the rooms, outer rooms the most, but we had a center room. This MUST be remedied! Also the fan in the heating/cooling system made a rattlely sound regularly every few minutes. This is a BEAUTIFUL hotel, these problems must be remedied.
