Did not have the breakfast. The location was good for our needs.

The bathroom could have been updated more. It was difficult for two people to both get ready in the morning.

Outside areas needed more attention and cleaning. Felt dirty and unsanitary. Some general upkeep and regular maintenance is needed.

Nice location in South Lake Tahoe, good price and allowed pets.

Hotel appeared to be old and our room had carpet with stains. Suggest any hotel that allows dogs to have hard floors.

The front desk staff was awesome, I appreciate there loyalty and I will be coming back to this location. It’ll be my spot every year during the summer

Parking lot

I was not happy with my stay , will never stay here again even though the location wash good.

The location was great, walking distance to restaurants and shops and there was an old game room with pool table, ping pong table, and TV for netflix.

Arrived to hotel at 6pm and Didn’t receive rooms until 8pm when check in is at 4pm because there were no clean rooms. Instead was put on a “waiting list” When I had already paid and reserved the rooms months ahead. Very sketchy stairways and parking lot to get to tahoe blue building. Rooms smelled bad and we could tell they were rush cleaned because toilet and sink were still very dirty. The building was old and very dusty with no staff at the desk. No hot water our first night. I really wouldn’t come here again, I only stayed because the rooms had already been paid for. Also very pricey for the quality of the place.

Clean the carpet and all over and update the hotel and the outside lodge was very dirty not clean to set and the couch was dirty as well

Cleaner tile and bathroom. The motel is like a maze. Breakfast was good.

Easy to get to from the road, staff was friendly and helpful, parking spots were available, things were brought up when needed.

The floors and walls in the room were dirty, the tv wasn’t working well, I asked one night for an extra blanket and no one was available to bring it.

your restaurant was closed we had to park in your parking lot on the other side your bathroom faucets were coming apart and barely worked in the shower. #1 You did not have a microwave !

Breakfast on the weekends were held in the bar area which was perfect and flowed easier. There is a restaurant and bar which you get 20 percent off on your food and $2 off your drinks. The rooms were very nice and the beds were very comfortable, they had a nice pool with outside areas to sit, you can bring your dogs, it’s at great location walking distance to the shops and food at the village. It’s not even that far to the beach if you wanted to rent a scooter or even walk it’s not too bad of a walk, otherwise it’s a real short drive. I really liked my stay though and was happy with it, I would go here again for sure.

They don’t do room service except at certain times if you ask so they don’t regularly clean out the rooms and restock. Which wouldn’t be a problem if they had trash cans in the area , they had no vending machine for drinks except an old broken one and a vending machine with snacks. Didn’t like that the bathroom wasn’t separated from the sink bc it made it hard for people to all get ready since there was mirror. And the bathroom door is a sliding barn door style which is cute except it leaves a gap so all the steam from the shower gets in the room. The staff was overwhelmed by the amount of people and the breakfast for the week days is kind of awkward in the lobby and they ran out of most of the breakfast items like bagels and butter which sucked somewhat.

The room had a bad odor like wet carpet possibly mold.

Location was great, beds were super comfortable, staff was very nice. There is a beach located right down the road (walking distance) but tends to be extremely busy on the weekends. Some of the hotels offer beach vouchers that wave the $25/adult entry fee for the public beach, but unfortunately hotel Becket does not even though it is within a short distance to the beach. Overall great stay

When we went down to the fireplace they turned it on right away, the rooms were very clean, and it was at a perfect spot.

The pool was so far from the hotel, and it is very hard to find parking during weekends.

The location of the Hotel is awesome! You have everything close by, we did everything on foot! The room was comfortable! And the staffs are very welcoming&helpful. We even got an early check-in.

In my opinion, the shower place is very small, barely fits 1 person comfortably. The Park Lot was so cround at night, so we needed to park our car in the back the Hotel, wasn't that bad but, could be a little bit more organized.

Waking up in the morning with a peaceful and beautiful view of the mountain ! Great Location !

Our first night, people that were staying upstairs , they were loud !!!!they were playing loud music , and heavy walking … I wasn’t happy about it at all.

The room is spacious and clean. Location is great, centrally located close to heavenly village..with access to many great restaurants and shops.

Other guest were very noisy. Perhaps having a noise policy would help so other guest could rest at night.
