The location it was close to all of the entertainment, but in a quiet area to relax after all of the fun.

It was not long enough.

It was super clean and we loved the location!

Breakfast food could use a bit of upgrading - different types of yogurt?? More coffee pots available-bulk coffee and water offered after breakfast hours in lobby would be nice!

Breakfast was more than I expected. The dining area was clean and bright, the staff was friendly, and we received a serious bargain with this stay.

Heard noise from next door and above sometimes. The gas fireplace was not operational.

Breakfast was good, including some fresh fruits. The bed was comfy, and the size of the room was decent. Friendly staff. Central location but see below.

Dated facilities. The A/C unit was super loud. In the shower, you have standing water because it's poorly built. While it is centrally located, the surrounding area is not as nice as you'd think, as there is a shelter and a lot of homeless people nearby.

Room was spacious and well designed. It had a nice workspace as well as a sitting room. The staff were amazing - attentive, kind and helpful.

Perhaps a wider choice of healthier snacks to purchase

This property has fantastic staff who assisted our every need. Valet was readily available on arrival and then we were greeted at the desk by Eligh who continued through our 3 day stay to be extremely friendly and helpful advising us on where to eat and drink and look around each time we asked. The studio was very clean and serviced every other day. The pool area was nice and the gym provided a decent workout. The daily breakfast provided was quite basic but perfectly edible and started the day with us haven eaten something rather than not. The location of this property is great for The Capitol Building and just a few blocks from Sixth Street.

There is no denying the area around the hotel is not the best, but this is not the hotel’s fault or anything they are doing wrong but sadly does form part of the review.

Great place! The room is very spacious and so smartly designed! There is lots of space for everything you need to store; and good power outlet structures. There is a big desk with a great office chair to do some work. It felt like a perfect studio apartment, not like a hotel. The staff was outstanding in terms of friendliness and hospitality. Breakfast was very good.

A couple of things were a tiny bit off: The windows in the room could not be opened. Airflow was all controlled via air conditioning. That will not be happy-making for air quality-conscious people. Also, the neighborhood felt a bit offsite. You need to figure out the best walking strategy into downtown to avoid the homeless corners. There is a nightclub close by - I think I got lucky, my room was to the opposite side and they stopped at midnight but this created noise for probably everyone in the hotel...

Clean hotel with spacious room.

Very loud live music from an adjacent venue—played until 1am—was not informed of this when I was assigned my room. There is no way the hotel has not been informed of this issue by other guests. Was only offered a downgraded room as a solution.

Room size and hotel location were the best!

No towels, only one glass, no extra pillows or blankets. I paid for a room for 3 adults so we needed to use the sofa bed. No pillows or blankets and when we called to get them we were told they were out because there was a UT game in town. No towels when we arrived and when we asked for more we got two even though we had three people. Had to ask the front desk again. Same on glasses -- we had one!

Friendly staff. Clean hotel. We were given a complementary room upgrade which was very nice.

I don't know why but the water did not get warm enough during the morning shower.

Staff was nice, location was nice, and the inside bar made good drinks.

No hot water the first night. After they fixed the hot water it only was warm and never got hot. There was blood on the bed cover. No free parking.
