I love my stays at Johnson's Beach Cabins. The staff are great, friendly and always helpful. The host, Chris has a fantastic memory for what you like.
I love the 1930's cabins with their comfortable beds and beautiful decks. I also stay in the tiny homes which are also incredibly comfortable, and I love their outside seating and firepits/ bbq.
There's not much that I don't like. Sometimes you can hear your neighbours in the room next door (if they're load).

I love being right next to the river with the beach access just outside the doors!
I'm always scared to use bathrooms because of spiders -- but that's what you get with the outdoors! So it's fine.

Nobody mentioned there was a breakfast. Was there?
Cabin could use another bedside table and lamp as well as a toaster. Soundproofing sure needs to be looked into; as it is, you can hear all your neighbors' conversations
