The room was clean and quiet. Parking was very tight, but available and free. Staff was friendly and helpful. I’m keeping this as my number one place to stay when we go to San Francisco
There are no elevators and you must climb stairs from the parking up to the rooms. But for the price and the amenities it’s worth the extra effort. And I am in my 60s my husband is in his 70s.

Small and clean and conveniently located.
The power was out in the morning. I didn’t know how long it’s been. They said it was PG&E which was unavoidable. I showered in the complete darkness.

Nice well-designed room with a comfortable bed and a desk and chair to work and another chair to read.
I like to have an exercise room, but that would be exceptional at this price point.

The room was remodeled recently. Bathroom newly re tiled. Outside the room was scary. The building is in very poor condition
The staff was rude just like the reviews reflected. The man checking me in spoke few words and then he barked at me "parking in the basement" I have a disability so I parked up by the office, but another employee barked at me to move my car to another spot behind me. The next morning checking out the female employee gave me a nasty glare as I drove off the property.
