Great location from which to access the beach, and walk to town. The fireplace added to the ambience, and it was nice to see that wood was supplied. The full-size laundry machines were much appreciated after a week on the road, too. We would stay there again!
A few minor quibbles related to the aging of some fixtures - dripping faucet, blinds not working, cupboard door that won't stay shut.

Maybe consider removing the tree that is over the front steps because you track in so many needles. I was constantly sweeping and vacuuming and we did not wear shoes in the house.

The location was just a few blocks to the beach and to the town.
The claw foot tub/shower was NOT relaxing experience. I would recommend a new tub/shower enclosure which is easier to get in and out and a place for soap and shampoo.

We loved how spacious the cabin was and the amenities it had, such as washer and dryer, a true game changer when traveling as a family of 5.
The only draw back is the tub in the bathroom. The bathroom is elegant, but bathing and showering in a claw foot tub can be challenging since they tend to be more narrow and feel much less stable.

Place was not very clean.
Beds were hard.
Bed linen had stains on them and had to be washed prior to using.

We liked the spaciousness and the openness of the house
The kitchen did not have enough silverware, plates,pans,etc. One pan was not usable. This was an expensive place to stay and consequently a griddle, and blender would have been nice additions.

Was hair on the sheets in our room. Also, there was hair on the bathroom floor. The carpet in our room needed vacuuming. The bathtub needs work. There was blue tape on it cuz it needs to be fixed.

This house is setup really great,had everything we needed ,beds were super comfy and clean,great covered deck with nice grill and short walk to beach. I loved that I could read in front of the fire and the kids had upstairs for tv...We will be renting this gem again!!!

Cute,Love that it is a historic house! Very very clean well organized!
Amenities were Good but old, although it was very clean. Side door of the bedroom downstairs was broken and hard to open. Also, I was getting in shower and the claw tub completely became unhinged on one side , the set screws were loose and my husband had to put it back together... but it was unsafe. The owner needs to be contacted about the tub.
